What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, clinical role, institution (if provided), area of interest, and message. We do not collect phone numbers, file uploads, or any clinical data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, manage clinician interest in SignalPath, and evaluate institutional engagement opportunities.
Where data is stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (United States). Contact records are stored in Airtable (United States). Business email is managed through Google Workspace (Australian region where available). Cross-border disclosure is made in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8.
Retention
Personal information is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact privacy@signalpath.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Clinical data
The contact form is not a clinical data channel. Do not submit patient-identifiable information or clinical data through this form. Any clinical data accidentally submitted will be deleted immediately and the sender notified.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

If you believe your privacy has been breached, contact privacy@signalpath.com.au first. If unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
